Winter Light is another in my winter series. This shot really evoked an interesting, somewhat erie mood. It was a dark day with no one around in this bustling city. The peace and calm of the day and virtually no noise was a great contrast to the norm of this location. Just outisde one of the most popular monuments in Washington, DC this lonely bench appears to be in the middle of nowhere, a perfect place to reflect in quiet solitude.
